How to Apply for Career Opportunities at Batoi: A Comprehensive Guide

Introduction

Embarking on a new career journey at Batoi? We've got you covered. This article will guide you through the entire application process for Batoi's career opportunities, ensuring that each step is as straightforward as possible.

Section 1: Discovering Ongoing Vacancies

How to Access the Career Page? You can visit Batoi’s official career page website to see the ongoing recruitment programs. To access the career page, go to https://www.batoi.com/careers/ in your web browser, as illustrated in Figure 1 below.

How to View Current Job Openings? On the career page, click on the View Vacancies and Apply button, as illustrated in Figure 1 above, and you will be able to view all the current opportunities with type, as illustrated in Figure 2 below.

How to See Specific Job Details? On the opportunity list page, you are able to see all the current openings in a tabular form with the Job Title, Employment Type, and Employment Location, as illustrated in Figure 2 above. For each opening, you will find a search button. By clicking the search button or the title of an individual opening, you can view the entire details of that particular job, as illustrated in Figure 3 below.

Click on the Apply button on the individual opportunity detail page, as illustrated in Figure 3 above. A popup window will open once you click the Apply button, as illustrated in Figure 4 below.

On the popup screen, two options will be visible.

  • Login: You can log in if you have created a Batoi account before.
  • Signup: You can create an account in Batoi if you are accessing it for the first time. Creating an account at Batoi is completely free.

If you have already created a Batoi account, then click on the Login button, as illustrated in Figure 4 above, and you will be redirected to the login page, as illustrated in Figure 5 below.

After successful login, you will be again redirected to the same individual opportunity page from where you have been redirected in the last step, but now you can see your user credentials by clicking the icon available on the top right side of the screen, as illustrated in Figure 6 below.

Click on the Apply button now, and you will be redirected to your profile page, as illustrated in Figure 7 below.

Section 2: Preparing Your Career Profile

On the My Profile page, you can see all the details entered while creating your account at Batoi, as illustrated in Figure 7 below.

The My Profile page consists of different sections to be filled up. Those are:

  • Basic Details: Here, you fill in the Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and Marital Status, as illustrated in Figure 8 below.

  • Address: You must fill up your present and permanent address here. If your present and permanent address are the same, then you can click the checkbox Mark the same as my Present Address, as illustrated in Figure 9 below. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

  • Family Background: Here, you must fill up your family details per the titles, as illustrated in Figure 10 below. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

  • Application Details: Here, you need to fill up professional details, link current CTC, and other details pertaining to this particular job, as illustrated in Figure 11 below. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

  • Skills & Experience: Here, you need to select your skills from the drop menu, and the total experience in that particular skill needs to be filled in by you. Then you need to select the skill level from the drop menu, as illustrated in Figure 12 below. You can add more than one skill by clicking the Add More link available on the bottom right side of the screen, as illustrated in Figure 12 below. You can also delete an unwanted skill by clicking the delete icon available for each skill. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

  • Academic Details: Here, you need to provide your academic details. For each academic qualification, you need to add a row by clicking the Add More link, as illustrated in Figure 13 below. While adding your qualifications, if it is your highest one, select Yes from the drop menu Is Highest Degree, or else select No from the drop menu, as illustrated in Figure 13 below. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

  • Work Experience: Here, you need to provide all your previous as well as present work experience details. For each employer details, you need to add a row by clicking the Add More link available on the bottom right side of the screen, as illustrated in Figure 14 below. Click the Save as Draft button to save the details you entered.

You can click the Save button on the bottom left side of the screen once you fill in all the sections, as illustrated in Figure 14 above.

Section 3: Uploading Essential Documents

Next, you can upload your CV once you complete your profile section. To do so, click on the Documents menu available on the left side of your career portal screen, as illustrated in Figure 15 below.

Click on the Upload Documents button available on the document screen, as illustrated in Figure 15 above.

Once you click the Upload Documents button, you will be redirected to the file upload page, as illustrated in Figure 16 below.

Click Upload Files and select the file to be uploaded from your local drive.

You can change the file name caption once the file is uploaded to the system, as illustrated in Figure 17 below.

Click the Save button once you change the document caption, and you will be redirected to the document list page, where you can see the list of documents you have uploaded, as illustrated in Figure 18 below.

Currently, only one document will be uploaded each time. You can upload multiple documents by clicking the Upload Documents button, as illustrated in Figure 18 above.

Section 4: Monitoring Your Application Status

Once you apply for a particular job, you can see the details on the home page of your career portal, as illustrated in Figure 19 below.

You can view all the current opportunities once your profile is added from the My Career dashboard home page by clicking on the View Opportunities button, as illustrated in Figure 20 below.

Click on the Apply button available against the opportunity, as illustrated in Figure 20 above and upon successful submission, a message will appear on the Apply screen, as illustrated in Figure 21 below.

If you have already applied for a particular opportunity earlier and you click the Apply button available against the opportunity, as illustrated in Figure 20 above, you will be notified with a message that You have already applied for the Job, as illustrated in Figure 22 below.
