Evaluating Participant Submissions in Batoi Academy
In the submission section, 2 represents the number of submissions made for the program. To evaluate participants' submissions, click on the View All button in the submission section, as illustrated in Figure 1.
The submissions list page will open, as illustrated in Figure 2.
To add a submission click on the ‘+’ button, as illustrated in Figure 3.
In the add requirement form, enter the requirements of the assignments to be submitted by the participants. You can give the title, marks scored, add a brief description about the assignment, attach a file, and click on the Submit button, as illustrated in Figure 4.
The new submission will get added to the submissions list page, as illustrated in Figure 5.
To view the submissions of the participants, click on the View button as appearing against a submission, as illustrated in Figure 6.
You can view the number of submission attempts made by the participants, the status of the submission final (Y/N), and the score (Max Score: 50). Click on the View Submission button available for each participant to view all the responses given by the participant, as illustrated in Figure 7.
You can view the response of a participant, as illustrated in Figure 8.
You can provide a response, attach a file if any, and submit it to the participants if the submission is not correct, as illustrated in Figure 9.
If the assignment is correct, then click on the Accept button after providing your response if any, as illustrated in Figure 10.
An Add Score (Max Score: 50) pop-up will appear. Provide your score and click on the OK button to add the score, as illustrated in Figure 11.
The score will be updated and will be displayed in the submission, as illustrated in Figure 12.
On the submission list page, click on the Filter button, as illustrated in Figure 13.
Enter the title of the submission, and click on the Filter button to get the result, as illustrated in Figure 14.
Click on the Reset button to go back to the list of the submission page, as illustrated in Figure 15.
