The website needed regular updates and fresh content.

The event management including registrations and broadcasting must be handled with ease.

SOLUTION AND APPROACH

Initially, the website and the digital assets were migrated to Batoi Cloud Platform, and an Open Source CMS was integrated.

A Batoi CloudSpace channel was created for membership and event management for the different offices of the customer organisation.

A Batoi Hub channel was created for publishing membership communications and event news.

Training sessions were conducted for the internal users of the customer organisation for the content updates and management.
