Kevin’s leadership journey includes serving as the Workforce Development Board Director in Middlesex County, New Jersey, where he launched and managed innovative programs that seamlessly brought technology into workforce development. His roles have also spanned various senior positions at Essex County College and esteemed nonprofit organizations, including Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey. With his extensive background, Kevin is well-prepared to guide and support our goals at Batoi, leveraging technology to meet modern workforce challenges.
Kevin’s academic credentials, including a Master of Science in Management from Thomas Edison State University, complement his rich professional experience, making him a valuable asset as we advance our Workforce Development Solutions at Batoi.
