By accessing or using our services, including courses, certifications, labs, and product licenses, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all learning materials, labs, software products, and services provided by Batoi Academy to individuals, institutions, and partners.

1. General Usage Policy
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access Batoi Academy services, unless enrolled through an academic institution or parental consent is provided for younger learners. Institutions must have formal agreements in place to access Batoi Academy services.
1.2 Individual User Accounts
Users are required to create an account to access courses, certifications, and labs. All account information must be accurate and up-to-date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for activities occurring under their account.
1.3 Institutional Access
Access to Batoi Academy services for institutions, including labs and product licenses, requires formal partnership agreements. Institutions must comply with the non-commercial use policy for licenses granted for educational and research purposes.
1.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Batoi Academy services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. Institutions and individual users are prohibited from reverse engineering, hacking, or misusing Batoi products or services. Batoi reserves the right to terminate or suspend access if users or institutions violate these terms
2. Course and Certification Policy
2.1 Course Access
Once enrolled, individual users have access to self-paced and live courses based on their chosen plan. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without written permission from Batoi Academy.
2.2 Certification Programs
Certification programs require completion of all course materials and successful passing of the required exam. Certifications are valid for two years from the date of issue, after which a renewal process, including re-examination, will be necessary. Batoi Academy reserves the right to update certification requirements or invalidate certifications if fraudulent activity is discovered.
2.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of course or certification purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. No refunds are issued for completed courses or certifications.
3. Batoi Lab Usage Policy
3.1 Lab Setup and Configuration
For institutions establishing a Batoi Lab, Batoi Academy will provide the necessary infrastructure setup and technical support. Institutions must ensure that the lab environment is used for educational and research purposes only and not for commercial gain.
3.2 Lab Access
Access to Batoi Labs is restricted to authorized faculty, students, and researchers as per the terms of the institutional partnership agreement. Institutions must maintain the security and confidentiality of the lab environment and user credentials.
3.3 Intellectual Property (IP) in Labs
Any work, research, or development created in the Batoi Lab remains the intellectual property of the user or institution, subject to shared IP agreements when Batoi tools are used to enhance or modify the product. Batoi retains the right to IP for any improvements or enhancements made to its products as part of lab usage.
4. Product Licenses for Educational and Research Use
4.1 License Usage
Product licenses provided through Batoi Academy are intended for educational and research use only. Commercial use of these licenses is strictly prohibited unless separate commercial agreements are in place. Institutions must not resell, redistribute, or share licenses provided under the Innovation Partnership Program.
4.2 License Termination
Batoi reserves the right to terminate or revoke licenses if misuse is detected or if institutions fail to comply with the terms outlined in the partnership agreement. In case of termination, all access to the licensed products and tools will be immediately suspended.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership of Materials
All course materials, lab tools, software, and content provided by Batoi Academy remain the intellectual property of Batoi. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for learning and research purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of Batoi’s materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5.2 User-Created Content
Any content created by users (e.g., research projects, lab reports) while using Batoi Academy services is the property of the user or institution, except when Batoi products are directly modified or enhanced, in which case shared IP terms apply. Users grant Batoi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for promotional purposes, subject to user consent.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection
Batoi Academy collects user data for the purpose of improving its services, providing support, and ensuring compliance with its terms. Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Batoi’s Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection regulations.
6.2 Data Security
Batoi Academy implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access. Institutions are responsible for ensuring data privacy and security for users accessing the lab environment.
7. Termination and Suspension
7.1 Voluntary Termination
Users and institutions may terminate their access to Batoi Academy services at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Refunds for unused portions of services are not provided. Upon termination, users must discontinue use of all course materials, lab tools, and product licenses.
7.2 Suspension and Termination by Batoi
Batoi Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users or institutions in violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and all access will be immediately revoked.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 Updates to Terms
Batoi Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users and institutions will be notified of significant changes via email or on the Batoi Academy platform. Continued use of Batoi Academy services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be governed by the laws of India, and any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within India.
